Our Philosophy
Fewer decks. More deploys.
We're engineers, not consultants. We've spent ten years learning what it takes to get new hardware into real workflows. We build software to help you leverage cutting edge hardware. And we do it fast.
Where we come from
Ten years of earning the right to have opinions.
ManageXR Labs is the applied R&D arm of ManageXR , the enterprise platform for managing XR device fleets at scale. Our expertise is getting emerging technology out of the pilot stage and into real workflows, delivering real value.
That experience is irreplaceable. We built real software, deployed it to real hospitals, schools, and training floors, and watched what happened. We know what pilots look like when they succeed. We know what they look like at 3am six months later when the rollout is stalling and nobody can explain why. We've been there both times.
Now AI wearables are opening a new frontier: technology that goes where the work actually happens. We built Labs to help enterprises figure out what's possible.

How we work
Four convictions we don't compromise on.
These aren't talking points. They are the principles that guide the way we approach every engagement, from first conversation to production deployment.
01
The problem has to come first.
We start every engagement by trying to understand, REALLY understand, what's broken. What decisions are delayed? What information is lost? What does a frontline worker actually need at 7am in a loud facility? We work with your team to deeply understand your workflows, objectives, and constraints. Sometimes this leads us to recommend something other than wearables. That's fine. We'd rather tell you that early.
02
We build things that actually ship.
We're engineers. We write production code, not proof-of-concept demos that get shelved after the stakeholder meeting. Every prototype we build is designed with the assumption that someone will need to maintain it. That means proper architecture, documentation, and the kind of code quality that lets your team take ownership when we hand it over. Our team has delivered for every device type from phones to AR headsets.
03
Integration isn't an afterthought.
The graveyard of enterprise technology is full of tools that worked perfectly...in isolation. We've seen it. We design for your existing systems from day one. Not just the technical integration, but the change management, the training, the workflows that need to shift for a new tool to actually get adopted.
04
We are specialized, by design.
We don't do everything for everyone. We've spent a decade going deep on enterprise XR and wearables, and that depth is what makes us useful. We know the hardware landscape, the integration pitfalls, the organizational dynamics that kill pilots, and the specific moves that get emerging technology adopted instead of abandoned.
What we believe
The right technology, in the right hands, changes work.
Emerging tech is only useful if it gets adopted.
The most sophisticated wearable is worthless if workers leave it in a cabinet. We're as focused on adoption dynamics, training, and change management as we are on the technical build. Technology that sits unused is technology that failed.
Pilots should be designed to fail fast, not to impress.
A pilot that surfaces a real problem early is worth more than a polished demo that obscures it. We structure our engagements to surface risk quickly, so you can make informed decisions with real data, not optimistic assumptions. Good pilots are uncomfortable.
